We are excited to announce that we will be offering Breastfeeding Preparation classes at The Family Room in San Diego.
Are you a pregnant mom-to-be looking for a breastfeeding class that offers more than the standard hospital “Intro to Breastfeeding” course? Come learn about everything from the hazards of not breastfeeding and the anatomy/physiology of milk-production, to how to prepare to pump so you can go back to work and still exclusively breastfeed your baby. Join me on a Saturday afternoon for an interactive class. Couples are encouraged to attend together.You will receive a helpful handout packet, a list of valuable resources for local breastfeeding help as well as a list of books and online support. There will be popular breastfeeding related products for you to see in person, and coupon codes for shopping online!

Classes will be offered on the third Thursday of the month, from 6-8:30 pm. Class size is limited. The fee per couple is $45.00. Classes will be offered on the following dates:
